We’re excited to announce that teams now have the option of calling in their scores to our automated system instead of reporting them via the website. The detailed instructions on how to use this feature are written out for you below. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to e-mail webmaster@caysl.org. Take a minute now to add the toll free number to your cell phone contact list and you can report your scores from the field as soon as the game is over! We’re excited with this new option to help make your life easier.

Complete directions for Phone Reporting:

1. Dial the toll free number 1-866-334-6294

2. When asked, say or enter the pin number of the event, and the code of the game. The game code can be found on the left hand side of the division schedule page. Your code for the 2008 CAYSL is 5322.

3. You will then be told the division, teams playing, and field location - if this is the correct game, confirm by saying yes.

4. When asked, say or enter the score for each team, then confirm.

5. You can do more games in the same call, or just say goodbye when done.

Select someone from your team to report all the scores. If scores are reported multiple times it can create issues with the system. It would also be a great idea to confirm with the other team and just have one person from one team call in the score right there at the field. After reporting scores, take a minute to look on the website to confirm that it posted correctly.
