The league has modified the game change process to address the issues with the timing of changes and referee assignment.  The league has reviewed and approved this process at the September 5th board meeting.  A new game change form has been created that should allow for easy editing and saving to forward on.

The key changes going forward is that the club rep now has the responsibility of ensuring the game change process is followed.  The club rep is also the only person that will be able to submit the game change form to be updated on the web.  The club rep is responsible for ensuring the game being changed follows the requirements and meets the dates.  CAYSL will be enforcing the mandatory lead dates this season.

Also, the league NO LONGER has a FAX number.  This season all approved changes will be emailed to caysl_gamechange@hotmail.com.

The league is also working on an automated online game change form and we hope to have this available and working for the sping season.
